Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By using our website (the Site) and buying from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.

2. Products
We sell collectible items. We try to display and describe products accurately, but minor variations in colour, design and packaging may occur, and for Funko and similar items minor factory packaging imperfections are normal (see our Refund policy).

3. Orders and payment
3.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy, subject to these terms. 3.2 Prices are in South African Rand and, unless stated, exclude delivery. 3.3 Payment is processed through secure gateways including PayFast. We accept the methods shown at checkout, which may include card, Instant EFT, Payflex and Mobicred. 3.4 Order acceptance depends on availability and our confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing or description errors, and will refund you if we do.

4. Pre-orders
4.1 A pre-order is for an item not yet in stock. Estimated arrival dates are supplier estimates and may change. 4.2 We may take a non-refundable deposit or full payment at checkout; the deposit is forfeited as a reasonable cancellation charge if you cancel (see our Cancellation policy). 4.3 If we cannot supply a pre-ordered item, or it is cancelled by the supplier, you receive a full refund including any deposit.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk
5.1 We ship within South Africa via tracked courier; delivery times are estimates. 5.2 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to you or your nominated recipient. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to cover loss, theft or damage in transit; without insurance, reimbursement for courier loss or damage cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and trademarks, belongs to Green Monkey Collectibles (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Brand names and character marks are the property of their respective owners. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
