Shipping policy

We use a standard, door-to-door courier that is fully tracked. You have the option of adding insurance should you want to cover the value of your goods from damage, loss or theft.

We primarily use a well-reputed, convenient courier company that covers most of South Africa.

Items are shipped once full payment and confirmation is received. Items generally take 2-4 days to process and 2-5 working days once tracking is received, to ship to you.

Shipping is available in 3 sizes:

• Standard (21x24x16) - 2 standard sized funko pops
  
• Large (31x31x30) - 6 standard sized funko pops
• Large Plus (For those oversized orders!) - up to 24 funko pops!

We pack our items with care using bubble wrap around the items, and packaging material to safely surround the items in the box, preventing any damage in transit.

However, accidents can happen in the transportation process!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND ON STOLEN OR LOST ITEMS FROM THE COURIER GUY IS TO PAY FOR INSURANCE ON YOUR SHIPMENT, WHICH IS CALCULATED AT 3.5-4.5% OF YOUR ORDER VALUE. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO USE THIS OPTION!
